Progression enables allows Nortel IP Phone users
to access applications via the screens and speakers
of their Nortel IP telephones.
The Total Info Directory
provides an integrated organization-wide directory
with high speed, real time pruning. The keypad will
work in the same way as predictive texting and pressing
the softkey when a contact is highlighted will automatically
dial their number. This reduces the time to look-up
and dial in by 75% over current solutions.
The directory could also display photographs and
presence information for each contact.
