Operations

The Operations team have 2 main functions within Datapulse:

Systems Engineering - Field based

Systems engineers install and maintain all Datapulse portfolio products for our customer base. They are tasked with performing system health checks, make configuration changes and also act in a consultancy capacity when recommending configuration changes and upgrades to our customers. They are also a valuable resource for the Project Management team, performing product upgrades and giving constructive feedback to the business with regard to sales and support matters. They keep a continual eye on customer satisfaction and continue to make sure that the whole customer experience is a good one.

Platform Engineering - Office based

Our Platform engineers build all the Datapulse portfolio of solutions, both hardware and software, for our customer base. This includes upgrades to existing systems and replacement builds. The team continue to monitor, define and implement Microsoft patches where applicable, including service packs relevant to operating systems. A complete library of product images are maintained for both installation and maintenance purposes. The team takes pride in achieving a high standard of quality in everything they do.
