All Datapulse systems are supplied with
twelve months hardware warranty, providing
cover for return to our repair department
should you encounter any problems. Most
customers also take out a service package
covering hardware, software and technical
advice and many find this to be an invaluable
lifeline, especially in the early days whilst
they are getting to grips with new technology
and their users need instant answers to
questions. Support for all Datapulse
products start at Bronze level with the
exception of TABmicro and CIMmicro which
have separate support levels.
