Datapulse were was selected by Fortis Insurance from a shortlist of four specialist suppliers as their preferred partner for the project. Their solution is a unique resource planning software package, Contact Center Coach (CCC) from TeleOpti which combines quality, flexibility and efficiency.
Following three months of intensive searching Fortis chose to work with Datapulse.
