Precision Call Logging for legacy switches and IP switches, including a daily exception report that highlights failure to meet defined targets called Precision Threshold Alarms

Precision Cost Reallocation - consolidation of billing and transaction data to enable reallocation of costs back to user departments/cost centres - ensures that costs are accurately accounted for and recharged.
