Damovo 'Connects' with Datapulse
Damovo's partnership with leading
telecommunications provider Datapulse continues
to
move from strength to strength and, with the news
that we have now adopted the majority
of the Datapulse product portfolio, the relationship
looks set to blossom still further.
Datapulse's 'Connect' product range - comprising
an array of world-class solutions around the Nortel
Meridian and Communication Server 1000 for operators,
enterprise call management, directory integration
and switch administration - has been added to
the Damovo range.
The companies recently collaborated on a joint
project to overhaul the telephony network at United
Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
The new system has been designed to provide the
Trust's patients, staff and callers with an improved
telephone service and enhanced call handling capabilities
and, having gone live in
June, is already proving a success.
Datapulse's Stuart Legg says that the relationship
between his company and Damovo was particularly
valuable in delivering the right solution for
the Trust.
He commented: "Working in conjunction with
Damovo and Nortel, we were able to design a powerful
and flexible operator and call management infrastructure.
The newly upgraded network will help staff communicate
and collaborate more effectively, help manage
call costs, and also aid in reporting and improving
the efficiency of call handling. We hope this
