Datapulse makes 'Inspired' move into the Middle East

Dubai, September 17, 2005. Datapulse has decided to solidify its presence in the Middle East by aligning itself with Inspire FZ LLC, a project management consultancy based in Dubai's Knowledge Village. This partnership will give Datapulse a direct presence in the Middle East and customers will have a local point of contact to facilitate business dealings.

"The Middle East is now an incredibly vibrant economy and, as such, has developed into a major world market", says Ioan MacRae, Sales Director for the Middle East at Datapulse. "We want and need to be a part of that. Most multi-national companies now demand standardised global solutions that can be swiftly and seamlessly rolled out to any office, anywhere in the world, at any time. Datapulse is already delivering such solutions to many leading companies across Europe and - to continue our growth and evolution into a global provider of choice - we need to be able to deliver similar in the Middle East."

MacRae also cites strong demand as a major factor in Datapulse's move into the region.

He comments: "In seeking to position itself in the vanguard of world commerce, the Middle East recognises its need to deploy leading-edge technology solutions of the kind in which Datapulse is expert. With this in mind, we see the ME region as absolutely central and strategic to our plans moving forward. Accordingly, we are now making major investments in such areas as providing local-language products and putting significant resources 'in-region' to support our channels and those of our partners."

"Nortel is a key partner for Datapulse and that makes this region a vital market for us too", says MacRae. "We already support Nortel's EMEA channels with the innovative IP-enabled applications they demand, and our relationship with Inspire will further reinforce and strengthen the proposition of all three companies."

Geoff Land, Managing Director of Inspire FZ LLC said, " We are very happy to represent Datapulse in the Middle East. Our strength is in knowing the regional market as well as the latest technology solutions and we can see the huge leverage for a world-class company such as Datapulse to strengthen their position in the fastest growing segment of their EMEA market. This market is a hugely important strategic arena not only for Datapulse but also Nortel."

Datapulse will be attending GITEX 2005 in Dubai at Stand TP-6 in The Pavilion. Both Datapulse and Inspire senior management will be there to answer questions and present the latest products for this market
