Datapulse Solution Now Rated “Avaya Compliant”

Raleigh, NC - Datapulse, the leading unified communication software developer, today announced that Precision, its hosted call management solution, is now compliant with the latest solutions from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.

The Precision solution enables organizations to control, manage and reduce ICT costs through a range of hosted, web-based services.  The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya AuraTM Communication Manager 5.2.

"We are delighted that the Precision call management solution has received the DevConnect Compliant Award from Avaya," said Trevor Crook, Product Manager at Datapulse. "Avaya customers can now benefit from a web-based, hosted call accounting and cost analysis solution that integrates seamlessly with Avaya Aura Communication Manager."

Datapulse is a member of the Avaya DevConnect program-an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company's investment in its network.

As a Gold member of the program, Datapulse is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab.  There a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant.  Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure-speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.

"By participating in Avaya's compliance testing program and committing to open standards, development partners like Datapulse are helping businesses get more out of their network investment," said Eric Rossman, vice president, developer relations and technical alliances, Avaya.  "Our customers are able to easily communications-enable critical business processes, change the way they work and uncover new value that can help them build their bottom line."
