All Datapulse systems are supplied with twelve months hardware warranty, providing cover for return to our repair department should you encounter any problems. Most customers also take out a service package covering hardware, software and technical advice and many find this to be an invaluable lifeline, especially in the early days whilst they are getting to grips with new technology and their users need instant answers to questions. 

Datapulse offers a choice of four service packages - Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Care. Each provides specific response levels and service benefits for particular Datapulse products and, where appropriate, includes remote diagnostic services, site visits by engineers and replacement hardware and software under the terms and conditions of your support contract.

Whichever level you choose, you can count on high quality technical support when and where it's needed to ensure optimum system performance and complete peace of mind.
