RENEW SUPPORT
We will contact you when your support contract is due for renewal, however if you need to contact us about renewing or to purchase a support contract please use the form opposite or call using the number above.
UPGRADES
Datapulse has maintained a policy of carefully controlling the number of major releases for each product so as to ensure that customers do not have to upgrade too often. A major release is typically available every one to two years.
It is Datapulse Ltd's policy to only support the current and two previous versions of a system. Older systems may suffer from incompatibility with current Microsoft platforms and it may becxome difficult to replace compnents should the app;lication fail. If you are running an older version please contact us using the form opposite about upgrading your system.
