Total Info

Total Info is a company-wide corporate directory which allows users to search and view contact information about employees via their web-browser or IP phone. Total Info allows contact information to be stored and retrieved quickly and easily while reducing administration time and the cost of maintaining contact information. TotalInfo integrates easily with Datapulse's Operator Consoles so that contact information maintained by operators is available throughout the organisation.

Staff can submit their own changes through an online form an administrator who can validate and implement the changes ensuring high quality, current directory information. The browser-based Total Info interface provides consistent, user-friendly access to contact information via staff desktops.
Basic searches allow users to find individuals even if they only use part of their name or initials. Advanced searches allows users to search, with limited information, using up to 4 criteria selected from numerous options. Clicking the envelope icon alonside the person will send them an email.
